The annual Fallas Festival (focused on fireworks) took place while I was in Valencia, Spain, and the neighborhoods were filled with pageants and parades featuring beautiful costumes, particularly the dresses of the women. Original small watercolour on 100% cotton 200lb white paper. (This is not a reproduction.)
